Italy Independent and Vans have created a limited edition of a super shoe technology and virtually indestructible, made of Kevlar coated gray ceramic material technology, and anti antisparo wear.
That is the first collaboration with Vans International Italy Independent that this project has worked as a team with Renato Montagner. The leit-motif that characterizes the team of Renato Montagner, is an approach that of contamination, a continuous exchange of knowledge between different fields, a persistent search that aims to weave solutions, experiences and materials between the world of technology and style.

The front of the sneaker, always gray, is made in double jersey fabric, material widely used in automotive applications, another issue dear to II. On either side are the logos of Italy Independent and Vans, while the back can see the message “Be Independent.”
The laces of the sneaker reported the claim of Italy Independent “Being independent is to write every day his own story” in English, while the sole is in the version proposed by one foot Italian Flag and American Flag reinterpreted in the colors of the Italian flag on the other foot. The theme of the flag is also present inside the box of the Independent Chukka.
